Pricing Model

All pricing is built to be directed through our self-service flow.

We started the company by selling at $5 per employee / month. The thesis here was that this would allow us to capture value from larger companies. We were wrong about this assumption. It added friction to the buying process because companies had to first figure out how many employees would be involved in the new corporate benefit. We changed this to packaged pricing to reduce friction in the buying process.

Starter Tier

• 1-99 employees: $149 / month
• 100-499 employees: $499 / month
• 500-999 employees: $999 / month

Enterprise Tier

• We create custom annual subscription plans between $12,000 - $36,000 / year.
• To create a new subscription plan, go to the Admin Panel. Click on “Enterprise Tiers” to view existing tiers and create new ones. Once you create a new tier, this is automatically connected to our Stripe account. Provide the lead with the custom code that is generated, which then they can use during onboarding.

Pricing Ethos

• We do not provide discounts to our standard pricing tiers. That being said, we can provide more value during the sales process like “premium onboarding” or strategy sessions on their climate program.
• If customers want to pay annually in advance, we create a custom Enterprise Tier and give them the code to sign up.
• From the Admin Panel, we can give customers a free trial by putting them on a “pilot plan”. Next to the user record, click on the blue plane icon to create a custom pilot plan for them. This requires a card on file which will then be charged when the pilot period is over.
