Our main operational expense is employee compensation. Our main COGS are servers and tooling.

Account Executives are estimated to bring in $500,000 in new ARR each year. This comes out to about $3,500 in new MRR per month.

Customer Success Managers manage, on average, $1,000,000 in revenue.
